My wifes neon-01 gotta replace tie rod end. ALL of my tools are in my former 5speed ranger that sits in my parents barn 5 hours away-as a 2 speed ranger. Iamgoing to go get an end an borrow their separator---what else do i need??
for example--9/16" wrench, 5/8"socket, hammer, and 7 inch vise grips......

Job Done--- for future reference- tie rod separator-hammer-18mmwrench(retainer nut)-and a 22mm(Jam nut)
and about 10minutes-oh yeah a tape measure so youcan double check the alignment.
