Hey guys i have coilovers on my car now and the front is droped about half way. i want to drop it more but there is only about 2 inches between the tire and the innner fender well. Is there a way i can cut it out? under the plastic is like a metel thing comming down and my tired used to rum the plastic away untill the metel came therew thats when i raised it back up.. here is a pic of it now...

Your into custom Modding now, Look for what you can trim and may have to rebrace. Then go where you want. How low is it any how for GROUND CLEARANCE???
