Default Exhaust Cough

Since yesterday my 05 Neon my car's exhaust coughs whenever I take off from idle.
As soon as I floor it, the exhaust just goes "Guh guh guh" then yells like normal.
It's really ticking me off, as I can feel the car taking off slower than usual.
Could someone please let me know what the problem might be?

I'm this close to taking it to a mechanic....

Alright, I had some time to drive around some backroads tonight and here's what I discovered:

It happens whenever I apply medium to high acceleration generally under 45mph.
Anytime after 45 and it will accelerate like normal.

From what I've read from other threads and whatnot, and my current aftermarket parts,
these are my theories so far on what the problem may be:

Airfilter might need cleaning
Oil in the throttle body and intake manifold
Plugs gapped at .065 (Gapped at 65 because someone posted that was reccomended for my aftermarket coil pack)
02 Sensor/ Other sensors

I'm just not concrete on those answers though.
My car still has only 10000 miles on it so far, so I don't think the filter or the oil would be the problem.
So my best guess is that it must be SOMETHING aftermarket, I'm not sure.
This just started happening last Thursday, after all the parts have been installed for some time.

Edit: Not to forget that I feel the car stumble everytime it happens.

I have a similar probablem except my car farts when I shifts from 1st to 2nd gear. I have a CAI a TSUDO header, a straight pipe and a Magnaflow cat back. I had a check engine light on after I switched the CAT to a staight pipe and had to buy a stupid little cheater for the O2 sensor and the light went off. I am thinking I have no back pressure and that plus the sensor is not actually reading what happing is causeing the problem. So tell me if you thinks that's what it is. I am putting the CAT back on after I get it bent b/c the aftermarket header is not the same shape as the stock exhaust manifold. So after that I'll take off the cheater and hope that's what was causing that. But still tell me what you think. Thanks

Well I took my car in to a mechanic yesterday and he said the problem was fixed.
Apparently the Cold air intake's clamps were loose, allowing the wraps to let air escape, causing my car to hesitate.
I've driven it around plenty yesterday and today, and the problem is still there!
I even checked the CAI's clamps myself, sure enough they were tight as hell.
I really don't know what to do, I'm really pissed off about this stupid problem.
What would you suggest I do? I really want to call them back and say the problem still persists just as bad as before,
but I don't know where that would get me...

Dealership? Won't they bitch about my custom parts messing with the warranty and charge me an arm and a leg?
