My significant other (she doesn't like me calling her girlfriend) is looking to buy a 2000 plymouth neon, and it has some pretty severe rear bumper damage, as in, its almost completely gone. There are a few cracked pieces and parts of it left. I was hoping to find one real cheap, I can do a bit of body work, as in, painting a urethane bumper (if it's not white) by real cheap, I mean, if someone's buying a bodykit or something, I'd give them up to $100 including shipping for their old one, depending on its condition, color, etc. Many appologies if I've posted this in the wrong section, I'm a bit of a newby on this site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
