i have car with a white rear bumper ..the car is 5 years old and is dis colored . how can I clean it so that it's white again

 

If it is painted then you may have to try buffing it out with compound if that failes then you are looking at repainting.

 

well it's a plastic bumper it's on a white neon . what kind of compound? any brand you recomend ?

Try a name brand polishing compound(Meguiars or mothers or even like 3M) and buffer. Use lightly and see if it improves. Do not push hard you do not want to rub through. Then see what ya got if all good great if not time to repaint.
