K so a while back ago I plugged my ipod car charger into the cig. lighter. It worked for a second and then cut off. So I figured I blew a fuse... So i check the fuse panel on the side of the dash. I cant find a cig lighter fuse. I checked the under hood box, which is a slim chance but still found nothing. I know it must a fuse, cause I used a circuit tester and tested the cig lighter wires and got no power. So where the hell is this fuse? Can anyone help me? I have a 2000 Neon.

 

Its the one that says 20 AMP P/OUT, its in the fuse box under the hood.
