Default Plug wires... hot garbage.

alright i bought magnecore 8.5 wires for my 01 RT sohc and they were ****ing awesome for like a day untill the boots started popping off my NGK plugs everytime i drove it, leaving me running on 3 cyl. the wires had a 2 yr warrentee so i took them back and once again they worked great for a day then they had the same problems. now i got somecrappy xact stock replacement wires, they work, they havnt come off at all but they really suck and i miss the couple extra horsepower.

someone told me that my NGK plugs might be putting off too strong of a spark for my wires to handle.. idk if thats true.

so the question is, what are the best wires i can get that will fit my car?

im thinking about buying a whole new ignition system just but make sure i got all the kinks out but that kinda seams like a waste.

um, help please?

The plug spark thing is pure BS. Get the MSD Super Conductor plug wires, they are fantastic and won't come off like that and you'll notice the difference. Just make sure you hear the click sound of the wires clipping onto the plugs as well as on the coil pack. The stock coil pack puts out plenty of spark energy, so it's pointless to replace it unless it goes bad.
