Default SOHC->DOHC?

OK I GOT TO KNOW. would it be easier to switch the heads on myu sohc for the heads of a dohc or do a complete motor swap? cause i bought the Hahn Racecraft Stage 2 Turbo kit. some one tell me. the o5 sxt would be pretty sweet as a dohc

It's probably easier to just change the engine. For the work that I'm doing, that's what my mechanic told me.

If your going to spend that kind of time and money you should save yourself alot of headache and just drop an SRT-4 2.4L Turbo and hardware into it and be done.

Trust me, just go for that 2.4L SRT-4 Turbo engine.....websites even offer them online.
You could find one...it's just the money.

But worth it. IF you don't want that engine (FOR SOME ODD REASON), find a 2.0L DOHC Magnum engine.....they have about 150hp, and is the best you'll get behind the SRT-4 engine.

Good luck finding a low mileage, good condition 420A...but I say might as well go for a 2.4...even if its only the N/A version (150HP PT Cruiser) you still have much more "cheap" potential for the engine than with a 2.0 SOHC...
