I here something that sounds like tire noise on the passenger side of my car. My tire pressure was at about 27 psi on the 2 front tires, I think. I put air in the tires, up to 32 psi, and its still making that noise. I don't here it so much or at all on flat smooth rodes. But if I'm braking while coming down a hill, or roll over any uneven parts in the road, I hear the noise. When I go over speed bumps I don't here it. When the car bobs up and down I hear it. Is it bad shocks, are my brakes constantly grabbing a little, what can it be?
