Would this be any good or would have jet reprogram my computer be better?

The JET chip is totally worthless, it gives you ZERO gains...if you have an 00-02 just buy the AF/x Race PCM, and if you hae an 03+, well your basically screwed unless you want to go full MS.

I have a 2002 automatic. I found the AFX pcm on Howell but not one for an auto 2002. Don't you have to have stronger than stock parts to run this computer? I haven't changed any of the internal parts.

No, technically you dont need any parts to run the AF/x...its literally a plug and play performance PCM.
