Hello I just bought a 2000 Dodge Neon ES and I am wanting to swap the engine from a SOHC into a DOHC? Is this even possible? And if it is...what kind of upgrades would you do if money was not a problem?

I would also go with the complete SRT-4 2.4l turbo swap...a wrecked SRT will cost about $5k-$6k at the most, and if money werent an issue, i would suggest the AGP Stage 4 turbo upgrade.
