If they are relatively intact then just put in Prothane street inserts. If torn-up and mush then replace with new and maybe add street inserts for longevity.

Just a FYI, adding stiffer motor mount inserts (street or race version) will increase engine vibration into the cabin of your car...but you do get rid of that nasty wheel hop just a little bit...

I honestly don't think you will be able to find motor mounts that will reduce the vibration. To reduce the vibration you would need softer motor mounts, which would increase comfort but decrease performance. No one buys a Neon for luxury-car comfort, so the only aftermarket motor mounts you will find will be stiffer ones, which will increase performance but decrease comfort (read: will give you more vibrations). I'm afraid that the least vibration you will get will be from the stock motor mounts.

You don't want dog bone mounts, they are solid racing mounts and will transmit everything through the whole car. The inserts are the cheapest, easiest and best solution for your application. If the rubber in your mounts are too badly damaged to get the inserts in, your only out a few bucks on the inserts which you should still use on the new mounts to keep them from suffering the same fate as your current ones.
