ok if you go on www.makeitmopar.com and search for mufflers for an 04 neon if is says W/RT does that mean it is the dual outlet r/t muffler?

that is what i thought but when i emailed someone from that website he told me that the r/t never came with a dual exhaust which is false so i just wanted to know if anyone was sure
