Anyone know about how much would it cost to install a muffler in shop?? (not the cat-back)

 

It would be about an hours labour so depending on the shop $50 to $80.

 

or about 30min of your personal time. Its very easy to do just a axle back. Just pop the exhaust out of the rubber peices (2 of them... Left and Right) and undo the bolt that holds the clamp and pull the exhaust and put the new 1 in

 

Yea.

If the bolt isnt freaking rusted to the clamp like mine.

I eventualy had to take a hacksaw blade to the pipe and cut the muffler free.

Most annoying!!


One thing though. Theres enough room back there to work wthout even jacking the car up!.
