Default 13' ebay antenna

Will a 13' ebay antenna get just as good reception as a regular one?

First off, I'm assuming you probably mean 13 inches not 13 feet, and the reception normally depends on things like the material and whether it's amplified or not.

Same here. Super easy to install and no difference in reception in or near the city. Haven't been out in the country with it....

I have a short antenna and for the local stations it is fine but for the ones far away it sucks. Stock antenna > short antenna if you listen to stations 30+ miles away.

Looks > stock tho.

Since I have a nice filthy stereo and never really listen to the radio anyways I keep it on for looks, but if I listened to the radio a lot I would def go back to the stock one.
