Car died at stop sign. restart and nothing. i got fuel pump priming, starter relay clicks but no starter "clunk" and no crank. I have electronics inside the car.

Possibilities ive checked.
Smacked starter to get it to turn. Nothing.
12volts on starter
Battery is good, had it tested its fine.
Checked yellow wire on key cylinder and im getting 12volts when key is turned to start.
Checked both sides of the fusable link and ive got power on both sides at all times.
ASD relay and starter relay are fine.
Anything else ive overlooked? Or some other ideas?

 

The starter itself could be shot. Hitting it is not a sure-fire way to test it.

 

Double check battery voltage and even if high (Above 12.45 volts) try a jumper pack or just give it a jump. If it works then you probably have a bad battery, if not most likely a starter. Start there if any other issues arrise then let us know someone will help I am sure.
