There is a little temp sensor on the stock intake. does it have a place on the new one? and is it plugged in correctly?

I am having problems with a P0112 error, I have cleaned and reset the connector several times and I still have a P0112 error. Any other suggestions or do I need to replace the temp sensor device? What voltage at the connector should I test for? Jump it for a simple test?

re-viving this post...
now I am getting this code p 0112

looks like no one posted an answer to the last post...

I have had aftermarket ram-air intake on my 2004 SE since sometime in Spring... it did have the little rubber-grommeted hole for the air sensor...fits nice and tight... never got a check light before...

now, on the way to work, light pops on, check it at work, getting the p0112... sensor looks fine...
anything I can do?... replace it?...why is there a low or high voltage warning for this little thing?..

By the way, no performance drop at all in the car, runs and idles fine...

If the sensor is mounted correctly, and clean and you are still getting the code it needs to be replaced...... should not cost too much.

Thanx! ... just wondered why...according to the engine codes sticky... there are like 4 codes just for this sensor (?)... hi voltage, lo voltage...air velocity....

seeems like it should say just clean or replace....
