Default OEM?

What are the OEM factory plugs? I was told by the guy at autozone not to use the plain champions (I'm not saying that's correct but I did get the double plats) but I took the standard ones out of it, and I bet they were original. My experience is aside from being more cost concious than the average car buff the OEM knows what they are doing.

Stock spark plugs are Champion Copper plugs.

Champion RC9YC Box set number 344.

Run great just change at least every 30K if not sooner.

One funny thing about a Champion is that plugs are supposed to be between 5-6K Ohms. Champoins are usually 8-9K Ohms. Not normally a big deal. But if you measure them before being run they can be over 115K Ohms. But after being run they come down to reasonable. Manufacturing tolerances.
