Default timing belt tensioner

I went to the mechanic today and had them look over my car head to toe to see if there was anything major wrong with the car so i can have it running for a long time from now..he told me that i need a new water pump($58.95), a timing belt($67.00) and a timing belt tensioner(307.00) now the thing is i dont mind paying for the lower priced things..but he told me that 307 for the tensioner was really high because they didnt make an aftermarket brand for it..and he had to get it directly from Chysler..Does anyone have any idea where i can get 1 and if i found 1 alot cheaper then that will they fix it with the part i brought in??? Thanks!

yeah you get the timing tensenior from a 03 but then you would need the inner timing belt cover from a 03 too but I think the cover is like $ 30 if remember correctly

I think 00 too 02 they used the hydrolic one which is pricy
