Hello all,

I am planning to change the automatic transaxile fluid and filter. which is very simple procedure as in the Haynes manual page 1-21.


On page 1-22 espically for 2000 and 2001 models kickdown band and low-reverse band has to be adjusted.

My question is how critical is this adjustment i.e. I can change the oil and the filter and forget about this adjustment or I have to do this adjustment.

If any one has any experience on this please let me know.

I don't know if it's critical, but it's not that hard to do. I'd do it, if it were me.
