Will a 04-05 cluster with a tach work in a 2000 with out a tach. I have been told it is a plug and play deal

 

i dont believe there is any difference between the 2nd gen neons. do this: get a part number from the dealer for the tach for your car, and get the part number for a tach for 04/05. if the part nums match, your golden.
