'04 VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) Signal
I'm trying to install a cruise control on my 2004 Neon SE. It'd help a lot if I could find the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) signal wire. Does anyone know where that wire is?
Thanks in advance, for any help.

The sensor should be near the output shaft of the transmission. There are 3 wires that run betweent he sensor and the PCM: the sensor ground (black/light blue), 8v power supply (orange), and the speed sensor signal (white/orange). This is according to the 2000 FSM, so they should be correct but there are some slight changes between models so I make no guarantee.
PCM = Powertrain Control Module a.k.a. the computer. I am just looking off of the factory service manual, so I am unsure of where the PCM is located. I'm sure there are those on this site that will know. The factory service manual does not give any specs for pulses per mile.
