What does this mean?? "Dodge Neon was equipped with a 2.0 litre SOHC engine with an optional Magnum configuration that produced more horsepower." And how do you make this happen?

 

I believe the magnum is the DOHC R/T Version.

 

No, the R/T "Magnum High Output" engine is still SOHC, but we have a more aggressive cam (and valve springs), better flowing head, better exhaust and intake manifolds, higher compression pistons, and performance oriented fuel maps, PCM programming, and timing.

 

Don't forget the 3.94 tranny vs the 3.55...
