is there any wireing difference or any difference at all for that matter between a dual cam motor and a single cam motor? concidering a swap for maybe an rt motor but not sure whats all involved?

 

yes the wiring is different from 99 to 00 so if you wanted to do the swap go with the srt 4 engine, it is not worth the work to do all the mods when you can swap to an srt or build the sohc to beat the dohc, it is all up to you........... me personaly go with the srt if you go with a engine swap

 

yeah, if you going to go to the trouble of swapping motors, just get the 2.4
