im just wondering how much power the stock block can if the internals are upgraded

 

5000 whp..... lol NOT. No really about 240 before she goes I believe now with upgraded parts probably anywhere from 500-700 if you could build that power before you crack the block. This is not facts by any mean but I am pretty sure its a good guess for a rough estimate.

 

It all depends on your tune. what are you looking to make? nitrous? turbo? all motor?

I've heard and seen blocks and internals pop at as low as 150-160. Ive also seen them pop around 250-275.

I'm currently running mine at 219whp/244wtq. If you do the basic math of a 15% drivetrain loss, i'm pushing 251/280 at the crank. I'm put 5000 miles at 10psi with low compression and had no issues.

if your tune is good you should be fine up too 600h/p
