thank goodness for forums. nothing would ever get done without them. okay, i drive a 2002 neon sxt. it doesn't give me much trouble but i did lose a button on my only keyless entry remote. i began to look on ebay and i see that i can replace it for pretty cheap. the new magnum remotes have the same functions but look a lot cooler. i know the key could be cut and programmed for my car..but i would like to know if the magnum remote is compatible with the 2002 neon. any information would be much appreciated. thanks a million.

 

Im not a expert on this, but we bought a 02 sxt lastnight, and got 3 keys and 1 key fob, from what Ive read....2002-2003 NEON AND PT CRUISERS will interchange.

 

yes, i knew that the pt cruisers could be swapped out. my question was about the 05 06 magnum key-remote combos. the remotes look the same and the key are the same size, but since it is from a different model dodge, i wasn't sure if the remote could be programmed.

 

you could prolly head over to a dealer and ask them... they could prolly tell you better than we could...?
