Default Water Intrusion

i have a 00 neon and when it rains water is coming out onto the floor on the passenger side. I get a massive amount when i make a left turn when its raining .. almost like its collecting on the drivers side .. then when gravity pulls the water to the passenger side .. it dumps out the airbox behind the glove box. I had it to a few dealers and they have pretty much given up. Ive taken the rain trays/cowling out to see if its something there and all seems good. The dealership has siliconed a few spots on the firewall but it hasnt helped any. I thought it might have been from the condensation plug from the A/C jammed up...but this problem only occurs when its raining or has rained. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem with my 04 neon. After 3 new seals around the door/windshield (none of them made a difference). They found a spot in the firewall that was allowing water into it. All tho if it just fills up when u make left turns IDK.. Mine always filled up over night if it had rained hard. This probally didnt help but atleast it's another bump.

You might check under the top dash pad. When I had mine apart. I saw that there are some plugs that under the windshield that look like they go into the cawl area under the wiper arms. They are about two inches or so below the windshield. If they do that might be your leak. Maybe this will help
