Default need help fast please anyone

dodge neon es 2000, came home from work , parked car and everything was fine .after about 3 minutes in the house i heard my horn going off and would not stop. i had to remove the horn relay fuse to stop it. any idea from you guys? i would just like to fix it myself before paying an arm and a leg at the dealer . thanx much

check all your fuses. just to make sure you ther ok and in working order. if it not that the n you can ask either a dealer mechanic or somewhere else about the problem.

The horn is getting shorted...probably at the steering wheel (take out the air bag).

Could be your clock spring - didn't Chrysler recall 1.2 million dodge caravans with that problem?

^i would leave this to the dealer, airbags are expensive!!! anyone who has removed one can key in, but i personally wouldnt touch it.

in addition to the recalls, check for any applicable TSBs.
