Complete idiot when it comes to brakes. Front right brakes seem to grind something awful when driving, however only after the car's been warmed up (drive for about 10 minutes or so). And, it only grinds when I'm driving forwards.. Never when I'm in reverse. *shrug*

The pads have approximately 11500 miles on them.

 

Rotors! You might have changed the pads but the rotors in the neon can warp.
