there is a feew things you will need

5speed sport tranny or a acr tranny or a r/t tranny 95-99
left and right axles
clutch and brake pedal
clutch cable (buy new from dealer)
modular clutch(easier to install) luk is a stock replace ment clutch you can get from any auto store it is about 250.00 it is not a bad clutch stock to mid power any thing over 160 at the wheel you will have problems mite want to get a stage 2 or 3 clutch (clutch master .clutch net.act.any of the clutch manufactures
shifter
shifter cables (buy new from dealer)
mtx computer
and you will need to do a litle wiring with the park sensor
you will need to get all the sensors for the tranny for your year of car try a junk yard
mopar mtx tranny fluid (buy new from dealer)

and it would be easier if you got a wire harness for a mtx neon just the engine side that way if you need to get the conector for the sensors or install it and remove the atx harness

when doing the pedals you will need to un bolt the master cyclinder the bolts from it go thru the fire wall and hold the pedals in.
