Default what's in the initials?

hello again everyone,
well today i wanted to order a new CAI and a few other goodies for the ride.
but upon reviewing the shopping cart, all of my purchase were for the SRT$ and i double checked my vehicle and it said SXT. are these the same set up>
i went to the car domain store and put the following items in my cart
CAI
lowering springs

so is there a difference? between the sxt and srt4 as far as ordering intake, exhaust, suspension, ignition etc.
thanks again for all the patience and support.

btw, i have 2005 dodge neon sxt with the sport package(body) but i wanto upgrade or change it to a MORE AGGRESSIVE AND LOWER AND POSSIBLE A WIDER STANCE.

yes there is a major difference! The SRT runs a 2.4 liter turbo engine and, I believe, has a different airintake set-up.

As well, the shocks will not fit your vehicle because they are too wide.

Go to www.howellautomotive.com or www.modernperformance.com

They have just about everything for the neon in those 2 stores. You have a 2nd gen neon, not an SRT-4. there is a difference

The CAI is very different and will not work at all since the air intake runs off the turbo on the SRT-4 and off the TB on our 2.0 Neons...

The lowering springs are all interchangeable so you dont need to worry about compatability for any suspension stuff. While the SRT-4 and Neon have three different strut configuations they all have the same physical spring "dimension" for the spring seat (but they all have different spring rates stock).

Exhaust components are also interchangeable to a point...

Yeah the SRT-4 (exc. ACR), R/T (exc. ACR), SE/SXT, all use the same core Tokico struts but they all have different spring rates...but that has nothing to do with his original question! (just a little FYI though)
