step 5 now its time to start the polish. using a sand paper wraped bit go over all the areas you have ground making shore to remove all bures repeat this process using a polisher on the sand paper. wipe the head clean, then lightly brush on a thin coat of polish. using duct tape cover your intake and exgaust. replace your parts and seal the head in a trash bag thats taped shut. leave it there until your ready to install onto your block. dont pull the duct tape until your ready to seal it with you manifolds. and thats all there is to it. any questions

I don't think porting and polishing is something you should do at home. It hard to port the head evenly without a flow bench and stay with a pocket port and a short turn port. As for the port matching little cfm is gained unless you are turboed. Put a good 3 or 4 angle valve job on it help with flow.
