Well lets just say the money i could spend to find out i have whp in the 130's could be better used to buy better parts so i can then go and find out i have whp in the 300's...but thats just my philosophy. If i wasn't going for a larger build i probably would go dyno just to see where i was at, but to me it doesn't seem like the best use of my money when I'm trying to get the most out of every dollar i spend (especially as a college student).

I should be in the 135whp range...but until i get the turbo on i'm not touching a dyno...
Why? It is always good to know where you came from!

I mean, I guess all I am saying is that you have the spare cash, time, and the ability to get to a dyno (i am oing with a bunch of friends), it is always good to know what your working with at this moment in time.

Oh well, maybe it is just my philosophy in being proud of everything I have done.[&:]

You and I are in the same boat then. However, I got a sick deal to go and tune my car. A friend of mine works at a shop with a dyno and they are giving us a group discount. So it is like 50 bucks to dyno... with 5 bucks for any additional pull. Not bad(aka dirt cheap).

Either way, I do understand where your coming from ( i just spent a good 3 months worth of food money on parts[:-])

I am thinking about a turbo kit for my '03 SXT. What kit/package did you use? Did you have any problems installing yours or did you have a mech do it? Anything I need to remember to do or take into consideration?

Did a pull on the dyno aka the heart breaker. We had the wrong final drive ratio but the number where 79 and 81 whp in a 04 2.0 sohc auto more or less stock with the final drive being 3.94 but the right final drive is 2.7 final drive. I will not get to make another pull before I leave auto school, so the reall number is unknown!!
