trouble code P0743 help
Hey guys,
I looked up the trouble code I got when I went for an inspection sticker today, and it says:
P0743 Torque Converter Clutch/Solenoid Trans An open or shorted condition detected in the torque
Relay Circuits converter clutch (part throttle unlock) solenoid control
circuit. Shift solenoid circuit C electrical fault-Aisin Trans
What exactly does this mean? That's like greek to me, and I wouldn't even know where to start. I probably won't be doing this myself, but I like to have some information when I take my car in to the mechanic. Also, my brother-in-law fixes cars and might be able to help me. Is this an expensive thing to fix? Anyone have an experience with it? Thanks in advance.
