Default RE: Turbo question

You could get a small increase for your 2.0 4 just by adding a cold air. Maybe a short ram air to increase torque a bit.

I dont have serious cash for a real turbo but i'm going fine with a 12 volt air compressor i got from a vacuum cleaner. Granted it's serverely unorthodox but hey, it works. I dynoed it and it runs about 250 rwhp...

You connected a vaccum cleaner blower inline between your air filter and throttlebody?

I gotta see this! Need pictures. Post here or email them to chazlewood75@earthlink.net

sorry about the fake deal. im running a 20g garret. on my last motor i was getting 431. but that was a risky motor. i wouldnt be surprised if i get about the same.

no problem... thats why i used the Smilie... Your car is gonna move pretty well. If you don't get it to a dyno, at least post some vids of that thing ripping up the streets!

youd do better with a ceiling fan but youll need forged internals and a long extension cord.
