can i have your neon cuz mine handled like crap in the winter last year and im dreading snow this winter because now i have it slammed to the ground. it might just be because i refuse to get new tires.

 

Seriously, my Neon handles bad in the rain let alone in the snow...and i don't have cheap tires either! Haha their kinda bald at the moment...but UHPAS tires don't exactly last that long...

Wow, all of your guys weather sounds nice... Right now its -36 without windchill, last night was -44 without windchill, and our first snowfall this year fell 44inches in 24 hours and its been snowing ever since...

My traction TA's do quite well in snow.

 

How do you "prepare" your car for winter conditions? I can only think of changing to winter tires.

Also, I havent done much to my neon yet, but I'm concidering getting new wheels. Would thicker tires give me more traction? Thus make the car safer during winter and during rest of the year?
