Whats up guys. I am a newbie to this forum and hope some of you neon guys can help me out on my new problem. So i will give you a quick rundown. I jus obtained a 2000 neon that the sterring coloum has been replaced. The problem with this is the person who replace the coloum (sp?) did it with a non skim coloum and the ecm is a equiped with skim. This is not allowing the vehicle to run. The dealer wants tons of $$$ for a brand new ecm. I can get one froma junk yard but not a single one has been able to let me know wether or not the ecm has skim or not. does any one have any idea how I can tell wether or not a ecm has skim. Any help would be great.
