Are they legal to drive around the city at night?
and are they worth it at $330 a pop?

 

I assume your talking about those "HID conversion" kits...yes they are legal as long as you stay below 8000k bulb temperature...4300-6000k is the best lightouput anyways and you still get a little bit of blue. Your lighing pattern wont be crisp and could blind oncoming drivers somewhat...So yes they are legal as long as you stay within that certain range...still wont be as good as real projector HID's but its better than stock i suppose...

 

I thought they were illegal because they're not "OEM Equipment". But its probably something that the cops don't really crack down on because they have bigger problems most the time. Hids in stock housing has a cool color...thats about all.
