is an rt intake manifold btter than the plastic one and if so will it fit my sxt and how much of a power gain u guys think?

 

Yes, its much better than the plastic manifold...it will bolt up but you will still have to wire up the butterflies for the secondary runners. You will see a few WHP/WTQ (maybe 5whp) but not as much since you would still be running a standard SOHC head...
