This week I got a chance 2 lower my car. I lowered 1.5 inchs...It LOOks SliCK N CooL. The only I m concern about is the Aluminum Oil Pan at the bottom. There is no protection for it. It just hangs there...being the Aluminum(it's weak)...I m scared of hitting it on big/rough bumps. Is there any solution to it...Did u guys faced same problem??

 

i have basically the same drop and never had a problem with it. just be careful but i think youll hit the "frame" on the bottom of the car ( those 2 things running from the front to the back under the car) i hit that a bunch o times lol but not hard enough to do any real damage

 

loll...oh k. Then I'll be careful not 2 hit it hard enough 2 do real damage!!

I have never hit the frame on my car or the oil pan. I'm dropped about the same as you guys. I hit my front bumper sometimes though and my exhaust from time to time.

Mine is lowered about 2 in. and no problem here. Even with some heavy off roading tonight due to bad ice storm. Had to drive through the ditch a couple times cuz trees down all over the place. Hey 04 mo neon you get any of this ice?
