Default How to....

Mount an amp to the back seats of an 03 neon. Does it just screw in or what? Also, how do i vent between the trunk and the cab of the car without the seats being down? is there any cheap way?

thanks

Just screw it on the backseat.

Run a fan to the back with and wire it just like your amp. Splice the remote wire coming from your headunit to the amp and the fan, so everytime your headunit turns off, the fan turns off.

You could also find some velcro preferably two inch strips and put two strips of velcro on the back of the amp, and it will stick right to the back of the seat. I have done this in my other car when i had the system in and the amp never moved and you really had to pull to get it off.

i wouldnt suggest the velcro because it might not stay and when it gets hot in the car in summer the glue will melt and be massy and annoying (i know velcro+car=not good) but anyway just screw it in and you will be fine just leave enough slack in the wires for the seat to open and close

ok so it just screws in? Someone told me that it takes a lot of work. Like taking it out and taking it apart and putting new backing and foam in etc. I hoped it wasnt this hard.
