Default How to replace the brakes?

I have a 2003 Neon SE (w/ SXT Conversion, Non-ABS) and I'm getting ready to change the brakes in it - is there anything I should know before changing them short of taking off the cap on the master cylinder, bleeding them when complete, etc? I haven't had a chance to look at the calipers yet, etc and I've got 89k miles on 'em, anyone know if the calipers are shotty on these cars? I've heard of cheapo calipers that make it onto these cars, and they fail at like 100k (at least, two of my friends neon's have, the 1st gens - 100k miles in salt will do that though, I suppose.)

Short of picking up a Chilton's manual (short on funds as it is) is there a guide online somewhere? I've searched google and just picked up garbage here and there, that's about all.

Thanks,

Rob

Well, there were alot of problems with the 1st gen. Neons yet, the "stock" Calipers in 2nd gen. Neons are better! I havent heard of any "failures" with the 2nd gen. Neon Calipers........
