Does anybody know a place to buy the whole timing belt kit?

Also, what would cause my rpm to fluctuate sometimes, it goes up and down between zero and 2k rpm, sometimes it even decides to go down all the way and it turns off.It doesnt happen all the time but when it does, i just tend topress the gas a little, kinda play around with itand it stops and then itjustgoes back to normal.Its weird, when im at a stop and the rpm is at idle, it seems normal, but whenever i decided to press the clutch down, even without putting it into gear the rpm suddenly drops automatically, like if it weakens and then it goes back to normal. Anyone know what can be wrong?

I havent really botheredasking beforebecause i could deal with it and all, but it does become anoying sometimes, like the rps dropes and it makes the car vibrate even more, like if it doesnt vibrate enough normally (as you all know).

 

that could come from a couple things such as off timing open vac or an exaghst leak. and i dont think they make any type timming kit, you dont have to go throw any sealsand the only thing you change is the belt. unless you change the water pump or oil pump at the same time

 

That would be a good one for a real time scanner. So you can see what the computer is doing and maybe why.

Without that you'd be guessing.

Check the basics though and including if you can compression and vacuum.

 

What is usually included in a kit aside from the belt, water pump and oil pump? and would a sohc fit both generations of neons?

I have check engine lights galore! I know i have an exhaust leak somewhere, there are times when i take off and it sounds like if it has a crap exhaust, but there is times when i sound clean, i think its somewhere before the straightpipe. This idle change started happening after i changed the computer, due to electrical problem that i had then.
