I'll probably get chastised for this, but I'm a glutton for punishment...
my third brake light , the center one, bulb burned out.... a friend had this thing left over from an alarm installation and gave it to me... it's a little LED scanner, guess it's supposed to mount on the dash and take the place of the blinking 'armed' indicator... so I just opened up the third brake light housing and mounted this inside, wired to the circut instead of the bulb...
kinda neat? really stupid? ..and I guess u can bring on the rice comments... [sm=alcoholic.gif]

You cant have any variation of flashing blue and red lights on your car.
hmmm.. how did they get away with selling those sequential flashing turn signal/brake lights you could mount in your rear window back in the 80's? and what about the sequential flashing turn signals on the old 68 or 70 Mercury Cougars?.. or is this some new law?... I thought they even made conversion kits for some years of the Mustang as late as the 90's so they would do the sequentail flash...?
