Any one know if the clutch cable for the 1st gens are the same as the 2nd gens?

Yes, it will work in your 2000 just fine...but for anyone who might see this thread, the ONLY 2nd Gen Neon that have cable clutches are the 2000 model year.

I wish i had that, sounds better lol. The clutch cable on my car just gave away today so i got stuck in the middle of the street lol.
