Default 2001 neon problems

My 01 neon has trouble code P 0303 showing up. I replaced the plugs and the wires and it still has problems. Hesitation, and sputtering/jumping. Any ideas what to check would be greatly appreciated.

i'm having the same problem with mine, just wondering if poor gas stations? replaced plugs and wire about a month ago. The only thing i could think of is when it at full acceleration it hesitates, but when the throttle isnt all the way to the floor, but maybe and inch from it's fine. dont understand. the jumping issue that you have might might be the red cable that runs from your fuse box to your positave terminal on your battry might be faulty, mine was, i just replaced it, then it was fine after that.

Did you ever find a fix for the hesitation you described? My '01 does has a hesitation, it's most prevalent in 2nd gear when pulling through 35 - 50 MPH (I have no tach... grrr). Anyway I have Bosch Paltinum Plugs in the car now and plan to swap them out tonight based on some advice from other members on this forum. Apparently the Platinums don't mix well with these motors. I'm going to swap in some NGK plugs, I've had them in there before and did not notice any problems with them.

Please let me know if you have found another fix or explanation. I'll post here if the NGK's fix the issue.

Thanks,
Eric
