The ONLY true jack points is on the pinch welds right behind your front wheels and right infront of your rear wheels. Your owners manual should show where to jack the car from.
My car is too low for a normal jack so I roll it onto ramps and then use the point at the rear of the lower-front A-arm to jack. There is another, similar to the rear, frame piece in the front are to place stands under (a.k.a. K member).

my car is slammed to the ground but i have a very low jack that can fit under the car. i used to have to use my jack that came in the trunk to get it started but i got a new jack now so its easy. unless your car is lowered though, you shouldnt have to worry about it
