cam
Crane cam 10 or 12. 250 for either one. With the 12 you need to have all bolt-ons to get the effectiveness. The crane 10 works good with a stock compression / stock engine. Valve springs are about 130.
Just check modern performance or howell. I don't know how much u can get for the labor. If you're not good with engines u should get someone else to do it.

Another option is the Magnum cam which should cost around $130 or so used...you cxan also use Magnum valve springs (new or used) for either of those Crane cams and the Magnum cam. Theres also the Comp 200 which is the same as the Crane 12 and Magnum...i would imagine labor would be pretty costly, but doing it yourself isnt that difficult...
