Rear Strut Bar
I bought a set of strut bars from Ebay, however the back ones doesn't seem to fit, nor go anywhere for that matter. The one for the hood mounted perfectly, but the ones in the back don't reach. I pulled that insulation out and everything but couldn't find where it goes. Anyone got pics of theirs?
A lot of the less expensive one are length adjustable due to the threaded rod ends. Should mount to the strut towers just like up front. Mine was directional in that it if you got it over the front bolts the rear bolts would not line up but a side to side swap later all is well.
How is yours assembled?? Do you have half-moon with holes that should go over the strut mount studs? Does it have a threaded ends that allow you to adjust the length? Need to know more. If you just can't find the top of the strut that is easy, Look at the wheel well in the trunk it is right on top of there under the carpet and padding. It look remarkably similar to the front strut in that regard. So I am not sure what the difficulty is.
