my new mounts
ok guys... your leaving one very important part out here...... dont forget to put a jack under the engine b/c when you unbolt the motor mount to put the insert in the motor will drop and can become damaged, its just a precaution but its still important specially if you are under the car doing the bottom mount, we dont wanna hear about one of our elite dodge forum neon owners being crushed under their car, changing simple motor mounts.

You would think right??
You would be surprised how dumb people can be. Do you guys remember the older version of windows would say "Hit any key to continue"
The reason you don't see it anymore is because...well...people were actually calling tech support saying they couldn't find the "any key" button on the keyboard. Sometimes common sense just flies right by some people.

You could remove the upper and lower motor mount and the engine isnt going to fall out of the car...theres still a huge *** bolt (the "center" motor mount) holding the engine to the frame...
Yea, but you can really mess it up if you put a lot of weight that wasn't intended on it.
Its a precautionary measure to ensure your primary motor mount does not fail
